I want every family to have access to clear, trustworthy eczema education, regardless of their financial circumstances.

That is why the educational content and private community inside The Eczema Expert App are free.

For some families, learning independently through the app will provide exactly what they need. Others may value the opportunity to ask questions, learn with me or receive guidance tailored more closely to their individual circumstances.

There is no pressure to choose paid support. You can begin for free, take your time and decide later whether you would benefit from having me more closely involved.

The free app is the starting point for every family.

Inside, you will find bite-sized lessons designed to help you understand eczema without facing another overwhelming list of things to change.
Begin with the information you need today, learn at your own pace and return whenever you feel ready for the next step.

2. Family Support Membership

Live Group Guidance Without a Long-Term Commitment

The Family Support Membership is for parents who are comfortable learning and making changes independently but would value regular access to me for questions, reassurance and guidance.

During the live group calls, you can bring your questions, listen to what other families are experiencing and receive support applying what you are learning inside the app to everyday family life.

You do not have to attend every call or arrive with a perfectly formed question. Sometimes listening to another family’s experience can help you recognise something useful in your own.

Family Support Membership includes:

• Everything inside the free app
• Monthly live group support calls with me
• Opportunities to ask questions
• Help applying the education to everyday family life
• Learning alongside other families who understand eczema
• Ongoing access for as long as the membership remains active

This may be right for you if:

• You are happy doing much of the learning yourself.
• You sometimes want to ask whether you are interpreting something correctly.

• You enjoy learning through other families’ questions and experiences.

Price: £20 or $25 per month
There is no long-term contract.

3. The Eczema Expert Partnership

Personalised Support for Your Family for 12 Months
Some families want more than education and group guidance.
They want someone who understands their individual history, knows what they have already tried and can help them decide what deserves their attention as their child’s needs and circumstances change.

The Eczema Expert Partnership is my highest level of support.
For 12 months, we work together closely. I take time to understand your family’s story, help you recognise meaningful patterns and provide personalised guidance so that you are not left trying to piece everything together alone.

The purpose is not to make your family dependent on me. It is to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to make increasingly informed decisions for your child.

Why the Partnership Lasts 12 Months
The 12-month term has been shaped by my experience of supporting hundreds of families over the past eight years.

Families can begin noticing useful changes and developing new understanding much sooner, but early progress is only one part of the journey. Eczema and family life rarely follow a predictable path. Seasons change, children grow, routines shift and difficult periods can bring new questions.

In the past, I found that shorter periods of support could end just as families were beginning to understand what was meaningful for their child. They had started making progress, but had not always had enough time to apply their learning through different situations or develop the confidence to continue without close guidance.

Twelve months gives us time to:

• Understand your family’s history and current circumstances
• Recognise patterns gradually rather than rushing to conclusions
• Make thoughtful, manageable changes
• Observe what happens across different seasons and stages
• Adjust the guidance as your child’s needs change
• Work through setbacks without feeling that you are back at the beginning
• Turn new knowledge into confidence that can continue beyond the Partnership

For these reasons, the Eczema Expert Partnership has a minimum term of 12 months. It is designed to provide the time, consistency and continuity families often need to create meaningful change—not to offer another short-term solution.

The Eczema Expert Partnership includes:

• One private one-to-one session with me each month
• A detailed exploration of your family’s history and circumstances
• Personalised guidance and protocols
• Support between sessions
• Access to all Family Support Membership group calls
• A smaller private group call exclusively for Partnership Families
• Ongoing guidance as your child’s needs and circumstances change
• Full access to the app and private community

I intentionally work with a limited number of Partnership Families so that I can give each one the attention this level of support requires.
